Jackie is amazing! She knows exactly what's going on, pays attention to every bit of detail and provides such a personal service. Her knowledge is fantastic and we feel really safe with her - thanks Jackie!

Jackie oversees the care of my 7 year old daughter Charlotte who has a long term bowel condition that requires frequent tests (endoscopies, gastroscopies, pill cams etc). She is meticulous, kind and thoughtful when arranging tests and interacting with us in the hospital and in a recent hospital visit she went out of her way to get hold of the stickers of the cartoon character that Charlotte liked from her own daughter's stock, which shows that she goes above and beyond what anyone would expect. She is always very friendly and upbeat and ensures we get the best care possible from the other people in the hospital. She is excellent at her job is clearly very dedicated.

I got taken good care of by Jackie when I had my operation she was with me throughout the operation, she did everything she can to help me I am really grateful She sometimes checks on me every once in a while. I think there should be some improvements. She should try and keep to her time to other patients because some patients will have to rush and can't wait for a long time. If she can't make it to a patient on time she should send someone to go for her just to save time.
